Rain chains are an antique element of decorating the outdoor your house. These are typically a series of cups made from various types of metals and there is a hole at the bottom of each cup so that chain through which each cup is linked together can pass through easily and this chain is finally attached to a gutter. Rain water keeps on flowing through each cup and it continues its process till it reaches to a barrel that allows water to flows downward in to the basin. This whole process of rain chain produces a calm and gentle sound that generates positivism inside your house.
It was introduced to us by Japanese and they have recognized it by a unique name as “kusari doi”. But it was popularized by Americans during Olympics in Nagano in 1998. It has been in use from hundred of years ago. They are available in lots of designs and shapes such as blue bell cups of blue color having five cups in it, pine apple cups appears in the shape of pine apple, crocus cups appears as if it is a crocus flower and brass lily cups etc. According to my personal opinion rain chains is a better option to beautify the exterior of your house.
